• Identifiers: Name, business email address ([email protected]), account login credentials, and tax identification information (IRS Form W-9) for affiliate partners.
• Audio and Electronic Information: Voice recordings, transcripts, and metadata from call interactions submitted for auditing.
• Customer-Provided Business Logic: AI agent prompts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and auditing instructions.
• Financial & Payment Data: PayPal email addresses or direct bank deposit details for commission disbursements.
• Internet/Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers collected automatically through our hosting environment.

We act as a Service Provider or Processor for our agency clients. We process Personal Information solely to provide the Service, including:

• Auditing interactions to detect hallucinations and compliance failures.
• Generating performance reports and "Engineering and Fix Suggestions."
• Managing the Affiliate Program, verifying referrals, and processing commission payments.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not "sell" or "share" Personal Information as defined by the CCPA. We are strictly prohibited from using your data or prompts to train our own models or those of our third-party sub-processors without your written consent.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and tags) to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information.

The Service utilizes third-party infrastructure for operation. You acknowledge that:

OpenAI: Auditing logic is processed via the individual OpenAI API Key provided by you. Your use of OpenAI is subject to your direct agreement with OpenAI.

Retell AI: Synthetic testing may involve voice processing through Retell AI.

Hosting: The platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) via the Replit environment.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect and process. These safeguards may include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, session protections, authenticated integrations and webhooks, rate limiting, and ongoing security review and hardening. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Pro Plan: Data is retained for 60 days. Monthly test minutes (150 minutes) reset every billing cycle and do not rollover.

Enterprise Plan $497/mo: Data is retained for 90 days. Monthly test minutes (300 minutes) reset every billing cycle and do not rollover. Upon termination of your subscription, all Customer Data will be purged from our systems within 180 days.

Users may purchase additional "Minute Packets" for synthetic testing beyond their plan limits:

• 30 Minutes: $22.99
• 60 Minutes: $45.99
• 90 Minutes: $68.99

Rollover Policy: Unlike regular plan minutes which reset monthly, these purchased add-on minutes never expire and will rollover to the next month if unused.

By applying to or participating in the DriftFindrAI Affiliate Program, you agree to our full affiliate terms. Our data and payment policies include:

• Commission Structure: Referral partners receive a 20% commission on the total monthly subscription cost for each referred active paid client.
• Eligibility: Commissions are generated once a referral becomes a paid client for at least 31 days following their initial 7-day free trial. Commissions are paid on paid, non-refunded subscriptions only.
• Payment Requirements: To receive payments, partners MUST connect a valid PayPal account or provide bank details for direct deposit. No commissions will be paid without an active payment connection.
• Tax Compliance: All referral partners are required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 to legally receive commission payments.
• Duration: Commissions continue as long as the referred client remains an active, paid subscriber. Commissions are not paid on inactive or unpaid accounts.

We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Whether you are a resident of California or the European Economic Area (EEA), we respect your rights to your data:

• Access/Correction: The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
• Data Portability: The right to be provided with a copy of the Personal Data we have on you in a structured format.
